Refund and returns

Before purchasing anything, please read the refund policy point by point.

Any product purchased cannot be exchanged or returned because they are blessed with the energy of masters, angels in the recipient’s name. No other person can use the product, as it can only connect with the recipient's auric field. All-natural stones are produced by mother earth, so small holes or crack marks on the surface or inside the stones are often visible. If any breakages are observed, there is no return, exchange, or refund.

If you received a broken item, a video of unpacking the courier box from start to end must be clearly shown with all the details showing the received product for replacement. The customer must supply proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

Before making any request for replacement, kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under following circumstances:

• The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
• The product supplied got lost during the shipping process.
• The product supplied is shown broken in the opening video.
• The request must be placed within 24 hours of delivery of product on [email protected].

Other than the above mentioned points, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange.

We, thus, only ask for the most necessary information that is required for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding its status. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address and billing address. This information is only shared with our associated courier partner that will be delivering your ordered items.
