Service Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking
Within 24 hours of completing the booking, a client may cancel the request, provided the scheduled service time has not already passed. Cancellation will be considered valid only if submitted in writing through an official communication channel. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours from the time of booking.

Strict No Refund Policy
All services offered by Sanskritii Sethi are subject to a strict “No Refund Policy.”
Once the appointment is set and payment is made, the amount is not refundable.
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, personal expectations, scheduling conflicts, or perceived outcomes.
Refunds cannot be claimed once the permitted cancellation period has passed, even if the service has not been availed.
By making a service booking, you acknowledge and agree that payments are final, subject to the permitted cancellation window stated above.
Policy on Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Approval of rescheduling requests depends on service availability and management discretion. Multiple rescheduling requests may be declined at management discretion.
