Cancellation and No Refund Policy

This Cancellation & No Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Sanskritii Sethi through its website or any official communication channel. By booking or purchasing a service, you expressly agree to this policy.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies only to services, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation sessions
  • Spiritual guidance sessions
  • Energy or healing services
  • Online sessions

Service Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking

Within 24 hours of completing the booking, a client may cancel the request, provided the scheduled service time has not already passed. Cancellation will be considered valid only if submitted in writing through an official communication channel. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours from the time of booking.

2. Cancellation After 24 Hours

  • After 24 hours from the time of booking, the service is considered confirmed and non-cancellable.
  • No cancellation will be allowed beyond this period.

3. Missed Appointments

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice within the permitted cancellation period, the session will be considered completed.
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains solely at the discretion of Sanskritii Sethi availability.

 

Strict No Refund Policy

All services offered by Sanskritii Sethi are subject to a strict “No Refund Policy.”

Once the appointment is set and payment is made, the amount is not refundable.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, personal expectations, scheduling conflicts, or perceived outcomes.

Refunds cannot be claimed once the permitted cancellation period has passed, even if the service has not been availed.

By making a service booking, you acknowledge and agree that payments are final, subject to the permitted cancellation window stated above.

 

Policy on Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Approval of rescheduling requests depends on service availability and management discretion. Multiple rescheduling requests may be declined at management discretion.

Payment Confirmation.

  • A service reservation is confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • The 24-hour cancellation window begins from the exact time of booking confirmation.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or availing any service from Sanskritii Sethi, you confirm that:

  • You have read this Cancellation & No Refund Policy carefully. 
  • You understand the 24-hour cancellation window. 
  • You agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances beyond the permitted cancellation period.
