  • You assume all liability for your own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being during and after the session.

 All sessions are educational and spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

 If you are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, it is recommended that you consult your licensed professional before enrolling.

 

3.  No Professional or Medical Advice

Services offered by Sanskritii Sethi shall not:

  • Diagnose or treat medical conditions;
  • Serve as a substitute for therapy or psychiatric treatment; nor
  • Offer legal advice or financial advice; neither
  • Promise any specific outcomes
  • Applicants are advised to seek the assistance of a professional wherever necessary.

 

4.  Limitation of Liability:

Sanskritii Sethi, its founder, representatives, team members and affiliates shall not be held responsible for:

  • Changes in relationships, career/business, or finances
  • Emotional responses or interpretations
  • Any personal outcomes resulting from participation in any session or service
  • Under no circumstances shall participation be considered a guarantee of any outcome in your life, health, career, business, or relationships.

 

5. Code of Conduct

Participants agree that during and after their session with Sanskritii Sethi, they will not:

  • Directly or indirectly solicit clients, users, or leads who were involved in events with Sanskritii Sethi
  •  Use confidential information received during participation for personal or organizational gain
  • Attempt to influence members of the Sanskritii Sethi community in a manner that disrupts professional integrity

 

6.  Promotion & Public Representation

Participants agree that they shall not:

  • Promote their personal business or services unless expressly permitted
  • Use platforms, groups, or communities for self-promotion
  • Claim official partnership, endorsement, certification authority, or affiliation beyond what is formally granted

Any public reference to participation must not misrepresent the nature of association with Sanskritii Sethi.

 

7.  Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

  • Course content
  • Worksheets
  • Recordings
  • Techniques and processes

remain the intellectual property of Sanskritii Sethi.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, record, share, or resell any content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

8.  Confidentiality

All participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • The personal experiences disclosed by other participants
  • Internal learning material
  • Private discussions undertaken within the session
  • Confidential information is never to be disclosed or used to gain commercial benefit.

 

9. Communication & Business Impact

If any actions, public representations, or business decisions may negatively impact the goodwill or operations of Sanskritii Sethi, the matter must be formally addressed with the organization.

Sanskritii Sethi shall take appropriate recourse to protect its brand and community.

 

10.  Modifications

Sanskritii Sethi reserves the right to:

  • Update content
  • Modify schedules
  • Change these Terms and Conditions at any time

Continued participation in programs or use of the website implies acceptance of any updated Terms and Conditions.

 

11.  Governing Law
