Kindly review the details of each offer before making a purchase. The specifics regarding the services or products are outlined in the deal descriptions.

Returns and Exchanges

Our products are specially cleansed, energized, and reprogrammed by Master Sanskritii Global. Once worn, these items become attuned to the wearer's energy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you find any damage or breakage after receiving your order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To address any issues, please record a video while unpacking your items. Claims for damage or missing items cannot be processed without a clear unboxing video.

Replacement Requests

Replacement requests will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

  • The item was damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided.

Requests for returns or exchanges outside these conditions will not be entertained.

Digital Products

No refunds are available for digital products such as mobile wallpapers, digital sheets, or e-books.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned items have passed a quality check. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These fees are billed directly by the payment provider:

  • Pay u: 2% for Indian cards, 3% for international cards.

Missing or Damaged Items

Record a video while unpacking your package to document any damage or missing items. Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed. We ensure thorough checking and packaging, making loss or damage during transit unlikely. Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be honored.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately. We recommend reaching out within 24 hours of the reported incident for prompt resolution.

Exchanges

Sanskritii Global will process exchanges only if the item is damaged during shipping. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate an exchange:

  • Send an email to:

    • Order ID

    • Detailed product information

    • Proof of purchase (receipt and order confirmation screenshot)

    • Unboxing video and photos

    • Reason for exchange

    • Preference for refund or replacement

Transportation costs for returning items to our office will be the customer’s responsibility. Ensure the product is securely packaged. Products received damaged or used will not be eligible for exchange.

Processing of Exchanges

Once the returned item is received, we will notify you via email of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your exchange request within 1-2 working days. Only the specific damaged item will be exchanged, not the entire order.

International Orders

If ordering from outside mainland India, you are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes. These charges are not covered by Sanskritii Global. For international cancellations post-shipping, the shipping fee will not be refunded. The return of the item to our office, at your cost, must include all original packaging to qualify for a refund. International refunds may take up to 15 working days to process.
