Refund Policy
Please review the terms of each offer carefully before making a purchase, as these terms provide comprehensive details about the services or products you are acquiring.
Once purchased, products cannot be returned or exchanged. Each item is meticulously cleansed, energized, and reprogrammed by our experts. Once an item is used, it becomes personalized to the purchaser's energy field and cannot be reassigned to another individual.
In the event of damage or breakage noticed upon receipt, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained.
To process a claim for any damage or missing items, please record a video while unboxing your package. Claims cannot be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
Conditions for Replacement Requests:
The delivered product differs from the item ordered.
The product was damaged or lost during shipping.
Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Requests for returns or exchanges outside of these conditions will not be accepted.
Digital products such as e-books, mobile wallpapers, and digital sheets are non-refundable once purchased.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days following the quality assessment of the returned items. Once processed, refunds should be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. These fees are charged directly by the payment processors and include:
Pay u: 2% for Indian debit/credit cards and 3% for international cards.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
You will receive notification once your refund has been initiated. If you do not receive the refund within the expected time frame, please contact your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, notify us at orders@sanskritiiglobal.com.
Claims for Missing or Damaged Items:
To claim missing or damaged items, ensure you have a video of the unboxing process. Without this video, claims cannot be validated. While we ensure thorough packing, any issues must be documented through video evidence for resolution.
International Orders:
For orders outside mainland India, you will be the importer and responsible for any customs duties or local taxes. These costs are not covered by Sanskritii Global and must be handled by you.
International orders are shipped on a prepaid basis. If a cancellation occurs after shipping, shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer must return the items at their own expense, ensuring the items are in their original condition and packaging. International refunds may take up to 15 business days after processing.
