We provide free shipping within India for all pre-paid orders. Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery.

To ensure smooth resolution of any issues, please record a video while unboxing your package to report any damage or missing items.

DISPATCH

• Domestic Orders: Expect your parcel to be dispatched within 15 business days. Delivery times may be extended during holidays, special occasions, or due to government restrictions.

• International Orders: Dispatch will occur within 25 business days from the date of order.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Typically, delivery takes 7-9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. If the package appears to be tampered with, do not accept it.

For any issues, such as damage or missing items, please record a video while opening your package.

• Ensure you provide a complete delivery address with your phone number and email.

• Products will be dispatched within 25 days from the order date.

• For deliveries within India, applicable taxes will be added.

• Additional processing time may apply during festival holidays.

Depending on the nature of the items ordered, our team will inform you whether your order will be shipped as a single shipment or split into two. Additional charges may apply for the second shipment.
